The Nottingham Rental Standard is the over-arching standard for accreditation in Nottingham City. 

 There are two routes in which a landlord can achieve the Nottingham Standard kitemark –

·         Landlords who let to students apply to gain the Nottingham Standard by joining Unipol Accreditation

·         Non-Student landlords apply to gain the Nottingham Standard by joining DASH Landlord Accreditation

If you are a landlord in Nottingham City and wish to carry the ‘Nottingham Standard’ via DASH, the fee is:

Accreditation will last for up to 3 years and the fee is non-refundable.
