Course Content:

Termination of tenancies is usually a last-ditch option for many landlords. However, occasionally there is no other option once all support has been exhausted. This course can be tailored to suit your requirements from terminating Assured tenancies to the pitfalls of terminating Secure tenancies. This course will take you through gathering evidence for serving notice, grounds for possession and how to issue proceedings in court.

• Tenant’s defences and how to prepare for them.
• The types of orders the courts can make.
• How to obtain a bailiff’s warrant for eviction and what to expect on the day of the eviction
